COV19 BOOKING POLICY
- FREE REBOOKING POLICY – if due to objective Cov19 related reasons (lockdown, closed borders, illness) client is not able to embark, he can reschedule (not later than 14 days before charter starts) with price difference for the new period (according to our price list and related discount for rebooked period), no extra charge
- COV19 SMART FLEX POLICY – allows the client to cancel the reservation (not later than 14 days before charter starts) and get a full refund. COV19 CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
Although impeccable cleaning and hygienic standards have always been part of our yacht cleaning process, we have now upgraded those to an even higher level to minimize the potential risk of virus transmission.
Our upgraded cleaning procedures include:
- bedsheets and towels are washed on 90°C by a professional laundry service provider who, in accordance with new requirements, now uses special disinfecting detergents for washing
- all kitchenware and utensils are washed in hot water with certified ecological disinfectant added
- all surfaces and touchpoints, both in the interior and exterior of the boat, are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected
- toilets and showers are disinfected and extra thoroughly cleaned with suitable cleaning agents
- all consumables are disposed and replaced with new items
- reception office is disinfected twice a day and all guests entering are provided with a face mask and certified ecological hand disinfectant
